Nursing Assistants caregivers are trained to provide hands-on care. Monitoring of vital signs; assistance with bathing, dressing, feeding, transferring use of slide board, mechanical lifts, and the use of a gait belt. Repositioning and turning client; assistance with range of motion exercises; application of condom catheter; skin breakdown inspection.
